“Renegade, Nebraska’s leader in specialty work and western fashion, has successfully negotiated and obtained additional space directly south of its existing store located in the Sunset Plaza Shopping Center in Norfolk, Nebraska. The additional space will increase the western wear store size to more than 13,000 square feet, making it one of the largest western and work stores in the Midwest.
The new larger space will allow a much more comfortable shopping environment for Renegade customers. When complete, the new expandedwestern wear store will serve up an open roomy feel as well as house well over 2 million dollars of inventory, including a new greatly expanded work department with its own entrance. The new “ON the JOB” work store will offer a “store within a store” feel and give customers the Midwest’s largest selection of steel toe and metatarsal boots, as well as a huge selection of Carhartt work apparel, including high visibility and flame resistant (FR) Clothing.
Renegade shoppers will also notice expanded selections in already popular offerings from: Miss Me, Wrangler, Cowgirl Tuff, Cinch, Cruel, Roar, Ariat, Justin, Tony Lama, Timberland Pro, John Deere, Rock & Roll Denim and more. New products will also be introduced, like Rock Revival Jeans, motor cycle boots, nurse shoes, expanded home decor’ offerings and new hunting apparel and footwear offerings.
The new western wear store will offer more registers, more dressing rooms and an open floor plan. Renegade will also add many new features that will streamline communication and efficiency. This expansion will also create several new job opportunities.

Renegade will continue to operate in its existing 6,300 square foot space while the new expansion area is vacated and remodeled. Upon completion of the initial phase, the western wear store will be shifted to the new space while the existing store undergoes a complete makeover. Completion and opening of the new fully remodeled 13,000 square foot space is expected in mid-July 2013.
